As we close out 2024, it’s a great time to reflect on the amazing experiences the RTCC after-school program has brought to the kids. From arts and crafts to cultural celebrations, sports, and cooking, we’ve truly built a diverse and dynamic environment where children can bond with each other and with us. It’s been a wonderful year of creativity, learning, and fun!
This year, we have welcomed students from the George Brown Child & Youth Care program as well as from York University Education Program, who enhanced the programming and offered them the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills.
Our PA Day Camps have been a big hit, with exciting outings like trips to the Toronto Beaches, Ripley’s Aquarium, Skyzone, and Toronto’s Winter Village. We’ve captured some incredible memories from these adventures, and we can’t wait to share these moments with everyone!
Looking ahead to the new year, we’re thrilled to continue building on our “Little Chefs” program with new recipes on Tuesdays, bringing even more fun and excitement to the kitchen. And, as always, we’re planning a special event where the kids can work in teams, embrace friendly competition, and most importantly, have fun together! Stay tuned for more details about this event in the coming months. We can’t wait to see what 2025 brings and to continue providing these wonderful experiences for all the children!
